Personal Training

One to One Personal Training sessions gets the most from you in each workout. Every session is varied and tailored around your personal goals and targets.

Personal Training is both time efficient and convenient training sessions. That is why your workout will be no more than 1 hour in duration.

Before any exercise is undertaken there will be a full consultation. We’ll work through your goals, exercise history and set some targets. There will also be an optional benchmarking test. This is so that we can determine your starting point, from there we will monitor your improvement through regular re-testing.

These basic tests include; Blood pressure, Resting Heart Rate, Body composition measurements, Body Fat test, Aerobic capacity tests and a Functional Movement Screen and many more.

You can also decide whether you would prefer to train at home or at a completely private gym in Sutton Valance.

Credo Fitness Testimonials

""At KC health and hygiene is our focus and as such improving the health and wellbeing of our employees is important to us. Rob Mckellar has helped enormously in this area through conducting boxercise classes with our board and employees. He blends both the technical aspects of boxing with challenging but enjoyable physical activity that ensures our people both improve their fitness and have fun."

Residential/Nursing home keep fit class

We have discovered that even though some residents maybe in wheelchairs or unable to stand without assistance, everyone can benefit from a light keep fit session. We are currently operating in the Poplars Nursing Home. We run two 30 minute sessions with 10-12 residents taking part per class. We are working on joint stability, mobility, posture and muscular strength and have a bit of fun as well. Some residents will be unable to complete some of the exercises but we do our best to find them an alternative.

Credo Fitness Testimonials

"It gives me great pleasure to write this Testimonial for Rob who has been my personal trainer for five years.
I was so impressed that I persuaded him to come to Poplars Nursing Home to offer exercise to elderly men and women and 3 years later he is still attending. He is reliable, honest and extremely knowledgeable and can motivate our residents to an extent which he has delighted and amazed us.
Rob takes his work seriously, yet has a great personality. Our residents look forward to seeing him and he has never let them down.
Rob plans his sessions and is very sympathetic to the varying need and abilities. He knows all their names and their capabilities and treats our elderly men and women with respect and care.
I have no hesitation in recommending him to you."
