Single Arm Preacher Curls:
Muscles Used:- Biceps
1: Use an incline bench set just above 45 degrees.
2: Stand behind the bench and rest the weaker arm first onto the bench.
3: Drop down into a half squat position with back straight.
4: Start with the dumbell on top of the bench and slowly lower down but don't touch the bench with the dumbbell..
5: As a variation a 90 degree twist can be added to the move.
6: Return to starting position and repeat.
