Whether it is to improve sports performance, injury rehabilitation, getting fit, weight loss, improve health or gain flexibility having a starting benchmark to work from can be invaluable. How do you really know that you have improved if you do not know where your starting point was?

When you first start training with Credo Fitness Ltd there will be a series of fitness test that are available and apart from a blood pressure reading they are all completely optional.

A 'Fitness Test' sounds pretty scary whether you are an athlete or a member of the public.
