Rob McKellar
Throughout
my childhood I have always taken part in Sport, playing
for local football, tennis and hockey teams. It was however a knee
injury that got me into exercise and fitness. I’ve
worked on the gym floor and have been a fitness manager
for several years before taking the plunge and go it alone.
Since taking this step I haven’t looked back.
I have been personal training since 2002, so I have a few years of experience
behind me and still going strong.

Hobbies and interests
I'm currently very much into Triathlon. I generally compete at Olympic distance events and have done since 2010. Recently I have become and Forever Living Distributor and looking to expand that business also. I have two young sons who keep me active when I'm not training and working hard. Outside of formal exercise I will get out on
the golf course as much as time allows me to, I am a keen snowboarder and try to scuba dive when on summer holidays.
